On-the-spot fines issued during fly-tip crackdown

A recent fly-tipping crackdown by the council following complaints by residents has seen on-the-spot fines handed down to offenders.

Eight £80 FPNs were issued following the three-night operation that targeted streets in Broad Green, Thornton Heath and Selhurst.
