Kate Moss’s brother has joined Croydon’s pop-up healthy food zone serving Vietnamese cuisine to locals from his Vietvan.
Nick Moss, who also previously strode the catwalk, runs Vietvan with his partner Tracy Pooley. They are now pitched with other Croydon entrepreneurs already trading outside Croydon College every Thursday and Friday from 11am to 3pm.
The healthy food zone was established earlier this year by the council’s Food Flagship programme with the Greater London Authority. The programme works with schools and communities to improve cooking, food growing and nutrition among residents.
Nick and Tracy prepare fresh ingredients for their Vietnamese-influenced menu of banh mi (baguette) and fresh salads, with a choice of fillings including slow-cooked lemongrass star anise beef, spicy pulled pork, sweet kaffir chicken, and lemongrass and ginger tofu.
“Croydon’s Food Flagship programme is supporting schools, residents and businesses to transform the local food culture so that we can reduce incidences of obesity in adults and children.
“It’s great that Vietvan is now part of our pop-up healthy food zone. We look forward to even more healthy food businesses coming onboard.”

Vietvan joins businesses Joe+Santini Coffee, Brown Shuga Dumplin, Chilli Station and Eat Me Baking at the pop-up food zone.
